By obtaining a diploma from our dental assistant program, you can gain the knowledge and skills to perform front and back office duties including treatment room care of the dental patient, preventive dentistry, infection control and sterilization, taking dental x-rays, assisting with oral surgery, and more.
This program is designed to help eligible students prepare for the Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) examination sponsored by the State of California Board of Dental Examiners and the Dental Assistant National Board after one year of experience in the dental field.*
